Every Zippoff piece is made just for you, which means we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or with a print/manufacturing defect, we've got you — reach out within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a free reprint or refund. No need to send anything back.
