All items sold on Zippoff are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because of this, production begins only after an order is placed, and slight variations in color, print placement, or fabric may occur between individual pieces.

2. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues with our fulfillment partners.

3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Zippoff is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

4. Returns and Refunds
Our Return Policy outlines when refunds, reprints, or exchanges are available. Because products are custom made, we're unable to accept returns for reasons such as incorrect size or color selection, or change of mind.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this site are the property of Zippoff and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
